1. Run this Export query in Dataloader: SELECT Id, YourRichTextField__c FROM YourObject__c
2. Paste the contents of the CSV file into the input below
3. Click the “Convert” button
4. Paste the contents of the output below into your CSV file
5. Import that file with Dataloader
