This course replaces the below CPQ 201 and CPQ 211 courses.
Salesforce CPQ Admin Essentials for New Administrators (CPQ-201) CPQ-201 is a hands-on 2-day foundational training that enables your success with Salesforce CPQ. We recommend new administrators take this course before starting a Salesforce CPQ implementation or when taking over an existing implementation. This course is ideal for a new system administrators responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of their organization’s Salesforce CPQ application. Sales OPS, IT managers, power users, and other users will also benefit from deepening their CPQ knowledge and exploring Salesforce CPQ’s capabilities. This course will initiate a solid and direct learning path toward passing the Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist exam. Salesforce CPQ Admin Essentials for Experienced Administrators (CPQ-211) This 4-day course is designed for: 1) Administrators who will have experience implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions in a customer-facing role, 2) Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, Developers seeking to understand full capabilities in order to formulate technical solutions within Salesforce CPQ. This course will help one prepare for the Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification. A strong Salesforce Admin background is assumed (Salesforce ADM-201 Certification is strongly recommended)

Salesforce Billing Essentials for Sales Cloud Administrators (BLG-201) Salesforce Billing Essentials for Sales Cloud Administrators will give administrators the knowledge they need to configure and maintain Salesforce Billing to handle a wide variety of billing scenarios, from bookings, billings, cash, revenue, taxation, and general ledger upkeep. Through hands-on activities and demonstration, the course will provide in-depth learning into how Salesforce Billing facilitates recurring billing tasks, as well as data preparation for integration with external accounting systems.
