After an administrator has created a theme that changes the characteristics of the line editor and assigned it to the CPQ package, this new theme will only be available to system administrators.
** This new theme is stored in a private folder of documents, which does not allow users of other profiles to see it.
To be visible to all users, the administrator must:
1. Go to the Documents tab.
2. Move the topics to a public folder otherwise it can be “Shared Documents”.
3. Or you can create a new folder and give visibility permissions as necessary.
